Moreover, this oil also acts as a strong appetite suppressant. It is advisable to breathe in the vapor of a few drops of this essential oil to reduce the hunger pangs or to add one drop in an 8 ounce glass of water and drink it before the meals.

Tangerine essential oil

This citrus based oil proves to be effective enough for weight loss programs. It creates a feeling of happiness in the brain, regulates the metabolism and reduces anxiety. Aromatherapists recommend combining this oil with lavender or Bergamot to get faster results.
